Frequently asked questions
Does the conversion change the resolution?
No, the dimensions stay the same. To change them, choose another option under “Resize”.
Can I convert many files at once?
Yes, select or drop all the files and download them together in one ZIP file.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Your browser processes the photos right on your computer or phone. Not a single image is sent to our server, so you can safely use the tool for private photos too.
Is the tool free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on the number of photos. The only limit is the performance of your device.
Is EXIF data or GPS location kept in the photo?
No. The processed photo contains no metadata (EXIF, GPS location or camera details). The photo is still rotated correctly according to its original orientation.
