Frequently asked questions
Why is my photo not exactly 1920 × 1080 px?
Cameras usually shoot in 3:2 or 4:3, not 16:9. If you need the exact size, choose “Exact size (crop)”.
Is this good for a desktop wallpaper?
Yes, for a Full HD monitor. For a 4K monitor set 3840 × 2160 px.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Your browser processes the photos right on your computer or phone. Not a single image is sent to our server, so you can safely use the tool for private photos too.
Is the tool free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on the number of photos. The only limit is the performance of your device.
Is EXIF data or GPS location kept in the photo?
No. The processed photo contains no metadata (EXIF, GPS location or camera details). The photo is still rotated correctly according to its original orientation.
